The sales experience was great, Albert gave us confidence that we were going to be able to get the deal done. Waiting for the financial approval from 3rd part took a very long time, 3-4 hours. I understand the holiday but that can definitely be improved. We had Christmas dinner plans at 6 pm and were 2 hours late because of the long wait. Outside of that the overall experience was very good, we would buy from this delearship again and would recommend to friends and family
