Confirmed Sales Customer
I feel the salesman Steven needs to be more professional and he���s needs to work for customers alot quicker and not drag it out to long. Took us a total of 5 days to make sale and he didn���t ever have the correct prices on things every time I spoke with him, price changed and it was a guessing game. Went to the dealership to do paper work and of course he wasn���t there couldn���t finalize vehicle because of a recall when he stated everything was good to go. I purchased the vehicle and of course he had someone else deliver it. Dealing with Raul when Steven wasn���t around was helpful. Raul delivered the vehicle and he was professional. He was respectful and professional when he was invited into my home to finish the paper work.
