The Oil Change experience was fine at the north dealership whoever decided to name your dealerships north and south are any smarter than a chicken the proper would be east and west because yes, I thought I had done the appointment with the dealership off of Nile Road, but no, I did the dealership on crosstown so I had to turn around and go to crosstown, but they did change my oil and it was fine
