I brought my Silverado in to be serviced by Roland Alanis. Roland was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in my moments of distress. I can’t thank him and the staff enough for being so understanding and patient with me. Also thank you, Louie for following up to see how my service went. Unfortunately, my truck had some electrical issues for being brand new but Chevy North tried their best to make me feel at ease.
