You didn’t have the correct paperwork upon arrival, so when I was told it would be a customer pay, I had to explain no it was part of the purchase agreement. So that took awhile, then when my vehicle was completed it took over 20 minutes from the time I was told until I was able to sign the paperwork and leave. Total time spent at your shop for an oil change was 2hrs and 20 minutes.
