Confirmed Service Customer
I brought my 2023 Corvette to Auto Nation Chevy two months ago, and it's still not fixed. Every time I check, they tell me they're working on it, but it's not even in the lift bay. I have to constantly reach out to get updates because my service advisor seems scared to update me. This whole situation has made me sad and mad. Two months is way too long to fix a parking brake issue. While I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of progress and communication, I do appreciate that the technician Brandon seems to be a nice guy and calls me to update me every now and then. I know he's busy, but I appreciate that. Vic, the manager, is not all that bad either. Overall, I'm still very disappointed.
