Confirmed Service Customer
The fact that I had to come back again in the same year for the same repair is disheartening. BJ my service advisor did all she could to take care of me. Service manager and I had conversations and he held up his agreement to expedite repair. I gave 3 weeks and repair was accomplished in 13 days. The quality of the job by technician was sub par. The location of the repair on front crankshaft seal, is hard to tell from under truck, if repair was performed to GM specs. The underside of my truck still has engine oil all over the place. Area was not cleaned, and bolts on underbody plate were left loose. Disappointed in the quality of work performed, and cleanliness of the results. All I can do is hope that this repair was performed to GM specs, but wont know with out removing front grill or under body paneling to see if it is still leaking, with oil left all over from previous issue. Other service departments I deal with just seem to have more of a caring attitude. I will not return to this dealership, for service or purchase of my next vehicle. They have lost my business, trust, and respect for them to actually take care of customers. I understand I am a small customer to them, and they are a massive organization. But driving business away due to incompetence is a bad business model.
