Confirmed Service Customer

When I walked in I was not greeted. Just waited for someone to look up and ask how they could help me. Out of 5 people including the girl by the coffee station no one looked up. I was satisfied with the work done. Taylor was my advisor. By phone I made an appointment. When I arrived on that day they said that they couldn’t get to it. I’m still wondering why I was told to come in? Not very good service.
