Well, it didn't start out the best -- I called to see if my online booking was scheduled and the gal tha answered the phone was just not nice enough that I almost decided to make other plans --- but I got back on line and tried again and found that the time slot was still open and I booked the appt. When I got there to check in - the receptionist was kind and helpful. She directed me to Sam. I have alot of anxiety when I am dealing with car repairs! I had brought my husband along as support, but I didn't need that. As soon as I started talking with Sam, I felt at ease. He listened to my "list", was kind and considerate and then went over every thing with me. Promised to call to discuss later -- which he did. I felt I was in good hands. The work was handled well and Sam guided me through the whole process. Thank you so much!
